It looks nice and feels decent enough. Is it perfect? No... but for the price, I really can’t complain. I’m happy with it overall

I’ve been wearing this most days, and somehow it’s so light and comfortable that I forget it’s even on. It doesn’t bother my neck at all, which is rare for me. Kind of feels like it’s quietly making my other necklaces look bad.

They did get back to me eventually, but the reply came later than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t terrible, but I do think quicker communication would make the service feel a lot more reliable.

I don’t know exactly why, but I felt way calmer when I wore it. Sounds kinda weird, but that was my experience. It just gave me chill vibes, I guess.

The design itself is fine, but in person it looks a lot cheaper than it did in the photos. I guess I’m partly to blame for expecting it to look exactly like the pictures, but still, the listing made it seem nicer than what showed up.

I got my Harmoni pendant last week, the quality surprised me in a good way. It feels solid when you hold it, not cheap or hollow like I was kind of worried it might.

The metal finish is clean, the edges are smooth, and overall it looks really nice on. The chain is decent too, although I do regret not checking the chain style a little more closely because it’s a bit lighter than I personally prefer.
My only real issue is the clasp. It’s tiny and a little annoying to mess with, which is a shame because everything else feels well made. I still like the pendant a lot, I just wish that one part had been a little easier to use.

I ordered from harmonipendant.com and, just based on the usual vibe of online shipping these days, I assumed it was going to take at least a week or maybe longer. So when it showed up after just a few days, I was surprised in a good way.
The tracking updates weren’t flawless, but the tone of it made me feel like things were moving along, and it gave me enough info to not worry about it. The package arrived in good shape too, so overall I’m happy with how smoothly and quickly it got here

The refund took around a week after they got it, and I was starting to get annoyed. Then it came through and suddenly I was like, alright, never mind, we're good. Overall it was a decent experience, just wish the updates came a little faster

The packaging came in really nice shape with no damage at all. it looked so clean I was almost suspicious it had been repacked or handled extra carefully, but everything seemed fine.
